What's the difference between the Planning Guide and a Coaching Call?
The Planning Guide is a self-serve digital download you use on your own timeline — perfect if you like to research and plan at your own pace. A Coaching Call is a live 1-on-1 session where we build your custom itinerary together in real time, asking the right questions to make sure every detail fits your group.
Which product is right for me?
If you’re organized and just need the right framework, start with the Planning Guide. If you’d rather hand it off to an expert and walk away with a done-for-you plan, book a Coaching Call. If you want real-time intelligence while you’re actually in the park, the App is for you.
Do your guides work for Disney California Adventure too?
Yes! All of our planning resources cover both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, including multi-park day strategies and cross-park Lightning Lane timing.
What if I've never been to Disneyland before?
Perfect — that’s exactly who we built this for. Our guides are designed so first-timers can walk in feeling like seasoned pros. No prior Disneyland knowledge needed.
How far in advance should I start planning?
We recommend at least 2–4 weeks out so you have time to secure Lightning Lane reservations and dining. That said, we can work with whatever timeline you have — even last minute.

What is Lightning Lane and do I need it?
Lightning Lane is Disney’s paid skip-the-line system. For popular rides like Rise of the Resistance or Indiana Jones, it can mean the difference between riding once and riding three times. We cover exactly when to book, which rides are worth it, and how to time it perfectly.
How do I know which rides to prioritize?
It depends on your group — ages, heights, thrill tolerance, and how long you’re staying all factor in. Our guides walk you through how to build a priority list that’s specific to your family, not just a generic top 10.
What's the best time of year to visit?
Historically the quietest times are mid-January through early February, mid-September, and the first two weeks of November. That said, crowd patterns have shifted since the Lightning Lane system launched. Our guides include current crowd intelligence so you can plan smarter.
How do you handle rope drop strategy?
Rope drop is one of the highest-leverage moves in Disneyland planning — getting there 30–45 minutes before park open can save you hours of waiting. We cover exactly where to go first, what to book before you walk through the gates, and how to set up the rest of your morning.

What does the app do that the guides don't?
The guides give you the plan before you go. The app gives you live intelligence while you’re there — real-time wait times, Lightning Lane window alerts, and dynamic recommendations that adapt as your day unfolds.
Is the app free?
There will be a free tier with core features and a premium tier with the full suite including Lightning Lane predictions and personalized day planning. Pricing will be announced at launch.
When will the app be available?
