Avengers Campus is the busiest land at DCA for a reason. Between the rides, the mobile order-only dining, and a full schedule of character entertainment, it’s easy to burn your whole morning here without a plan. Here’s how to actually get ahead of it.
Ride Order: WEB SLINGERS, Then Guardians
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure has no height requirement, which makes it your best first stop if you’ve got a mixed-age group. It also tends to sell out its Lightning Lane Multi Pass window quickly, so if you’re not riding it standby first thing, get a return time booked as soon as you scan in.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout carries a 40 inch height requirement and is another fast seller on the Lightning Lane Multi Pass tip board. If your whole group clears the height requirement, chain this right after WEB SLINGERS.
Mobile Order Early, Even If You’re Not Eating Yet
PYM Test Kitchen and Tasting Lab are two of the most popular dining spots in the entire resort, and they’re mobile order only. Place your order through the app for a future pickup time while you’re still riding, even if lunch is hours away. You can always adjust the time later, but you can’t recover a pickup window that’s already sold out.
Don’t Skip the App for Show Times
Black Panther and the Dora Milaje, Dr. Strange, and Spider-Man all make live appearances throughout the day, and none of them run on a fixed schedule you can plan around in advance. Check the app once you’re in the land and set a phone reminder for anything you don’t want to miss. Watching Spider-Man leap between the buildings is genuinely one of the best free experiences at DCA, worth working into your morning if you have any flexibility.
Getting There From Rope Drop
Avengers Campus has two entrances. Coming from Carthay Circle, you can take the Hollywood Land branch (through Hollywood Boulevard) to reach the second entrance, or the Performance Corridor branch to reach the first entrance near Cars Land. If Cars Land’s Radiator Springs Racers is also on your list, the Performance Corridor route lets you chain both lands without backtracking.
